Together we can work together to help pediatric cancer patients.
Anjali Soni and Isabelle Berger are currently Seniors at Cherry Hill High School East and Co-Founders of Comfort Kits for Chemo Care. They are constantly exploring new and innovative ways to raise as much money as possible to support as many pediatric chemotherapy patients as possible. Think you would be a good fit? In September 2020, Isabelle Berger and Anjali Soni, two middle schoolers began Comfort Kits for Chemo Care to provide children undergoing chemotherapy a care package to comfort them as the Covid-19 pandemic prevented family support during the treatment. They raised money by selling homemade dog treats, by dog walking and from income from a part-time job at a bakery. In 2021 CKCC partnered with business partners to expand CKCC's fundraising efforts.
Comfort Kits for Chemo Care is a 501(c)(3) organization which strives to provide comfort to children while they are undergoing chemotherapy treatment. We strive to have each child feel safe, entertained, pampered, comforted and loved during and after the treatment by receiving a custom care package of activities. This is particularly comforting when a family member or loved one cannot physically be present for the child during the treatment.
